How come a narcissist (who obviously does not care for his/her society or people) BLAME someone else for being?

i dont look in the mirror because im a narcissist, i simply like to watch myself exist. who knows what makes a person a coated . just do whatever makes you happy, and leave him to self centered existence. and when the day comes that he realizes he isnt the center of the universe, and his whole world crumbles around him, its ok for you to smile..
