Trinitarian Christians...?

I saw a Movie "Pion of Christ" and they guy whom you call God was humiliated, tortured, injured and so on. What's the point of calling him a God when he himself prayed to God since the beginning. There's not even a single dialogue in the entire movie where he said "I'm God worship me". He rather appeared to be a person appointed by God and the best term for him should be Slave of God.
