Is a 24x17x13 size cage good for my BABY sugar glider?

so i am getting a sugar glider and im paying for it myself. im a kid, i don't have a lot of money. i am going to get a bigger cage as he gets bigger but for NOW is a 24" H 17" W 13" H a good enough cage for a BABY sugar glider? please answer. AND i have another question. i am making a book type thing so i know everything about my sugar glider if i have any questions when i have him. so i have the topic 'HABITAT' 'TOYS' 'SLEEPING AREA' 'DIET' 'WHAT NOT TO EAT' so what other topics do i need to complete my 'book'? please help. thanks(:
