Whats wrong with me why am having these promblems going on with me?

I don't know what is really going on but Ive always had discharge everyone does normal ones. when I started messing around with my boy friend after 2 or 3 weeks I had a discharge that was white with a little bit yellow and creamy looking color all mixed. when it decides to come out theres no stopping it, a bunch still will come at a time and then when I get to the bathroom most of the time I can push out a hand full if not 95% of the time I will always push a lot out. On how often the discharge comes is it will be gone for 3 sometimes 2 days or everyday for a while then wont have it for one or two. Normally different amounts of the discharge and how many times per day it'll come is how it will go about its course. It runs out so quick instantly at one time. A nose bleed is a perfect example on how much I know when it's going to come and how I know exactly. When you have a nose bleed the only way you know your going to have blood run out your nose and when is only when you feel it and when you do you know blood is getting ready to drip and don't have time to get to the place you have to go if its in another room before blood comes out. You never know when its going to come. The first time this discharge a cured it smelled so bad like a rotten animal on the side of a road mad me sick. About a week the smell calmed down I couldn't wash the smell of my hands like normally anyone would ketchup because the smell like stuck to me. A few weeks after that my bladder would hurt when i got to the end of me urinating. when it was time for me to start my period that month i bled a pad full of dark brown blood later on that day I started normal blood but barely any at all. Normally i bleed a good amount. I got sick from cramping Ive had never felt so bad in my life i started hot flashes and couldn't stand up, sweating, it felt like i wanted to poop my insides out after i pooped i wanted to keep on when there was nothing to. it felt like i had to throw up couldn't stop crying. all together i used maybe 2 tampons my period and normally 10 to 12. I have never had a period like that not in one way it was normal different. week or 2 later my pee whole feeling like it was on fire burning it stopped burning for bout a week started burning again to peeing blood not any more that lasted 2 days and yesterday i pushed a ultra thin pad full id squat and put it under me a push it looks like sperm but a yellow tint. Ive never done any of this before what do you think? Could there be a chance i could be pregnant? Whats the chances?
