How can I tell my mom I am too old for day care?

So last week my mom was working, and I invited some friends over without asking her. One of them brought some cigarettes and I didn't smoke. I told her to go, but when my mom got home she saw the package and you could smell it. She told me that I couldn't stay home alone anymore, and since it is summer, she signed me up for daycare! Summer camps were too expensive. Well the only day care she could find was for 6 months-13 years. Well one of her friends worked there, so I got in even though I am 14. I have been there for the past 4 days and it is miserable. The second oldest people are eleven, they are twins, and they stay from only till 1. They treat me like I am 6! In the afternoon they actually take naps! Today we went to the community pool. To get there they put us in three big cars. They made me sit in a car seat because apparently it is "regulation." It was humiliating being buckles next to 4 year olds! They would not let me wear my bikini. I tried sneaking away, but they caught me when I was halfway down the street. They brought me back to the pool and I was told I had to stay with them near the baby pool. It was really warm so I just sat in the baby pool in my shorts and underwear and shirt. When we were done I was soaking wet, we got in the car a drove back. When i got back I was still really wet and the lady told me to change. Well I didn't have any spare clothes, so the lady gave me some clothes to change into, when she handed me some underwear, it was a depend! It was the only thing she had, but it felt like a diaper! I told her that I wouldn't wear it, but she told me that I had too. It is so boring there and I feel like I am 6, how can I tell my mom that I do not want to go anymore?
