How do i get my sugar glider to bond to me quicker please help me?

ok so yesterday i got a pet sugar glider and they say it needs to bond with you and trust you other than spending lots of time with it (which i already do) what else can i do to have it bond to me in a couple of days cause i really want to hold it.
