Traveling with sugar gliders?

Im getting 2 sugar gliders in a week or so and a few weeks after that I'll be flying to north carolina, im going to take them with me but i don't know if i should just keep them in a single bonding pouch together or buy them seperate ones or just putting them both in a carrier (not putting them under the plane). any advice or tips to make this trip as stressless to them as possible.
